As a Junior Consultant, you work with our Senior Consultants to develop optimization projects for our customers (packaging printers) throughout Europe.
-
You are involved in several projects simultaneously so that there is sufficient variety
-
You carry out projects yourself at digital printing companies where you create the profiles, but also improve stability and transfer this knowledge to our customers. You will always receive support from an experienced colleague when necessary
-
You support the practical implementation of tests and complex projects in various printing techniques. But also takes care of the measurements and analyzes and then processes the results, conclusions and recommendations together with your colleagues in a report for the customer

You spend approximately 50/60% of your time with our customers, the rest of your time you work at the office or at home.

We have weekly meetings with the entire team to support each other and share knowledge.
Your profile
-
You are passionate about packaging printing, process standardization & color management and have at least 3 years of experience with digital printing.

You speak and write very fluently in English. French, German or Spanish are a plus.

You have a lot of technical insight and an analytical mind, and are also not afraid to write an email or a report.

You like to roll up your sleeves and take initiative yourself
-
You are eager to learn and want to expand your knowledge and grow into a Senior Consultant

You are a team player and like to take responsibility

As a Senior Consultant you carry out complex long-term optimization projects for our customers (packaging printers) throughout Europe. This is always done in collaboration with several Co-efficient colleagues and our customer's project team.

You are usually involved in several projects simultaneously so that there is sufficient variety
-
In addition to your specific technical expertise, we also expect you to understand the entire process of packaging production in detail so that you can also support our customers at a technical/strategic level
-
In addition to technical improvement, it is mainly about processes and communication optimization
-
You spend approximately 40/50% of your time with our customers, the rest of your time you work at the office or at home.

We have weekly meetings with the entire team to support each other and solve blocking topics together
Your profile

You are an expert in your field of flexo standardization & color management with at least 10 years of experience
-
You speak and write very fluently in English. French, German or Spanish are a plus.

You have a lot of technical insight and an analytical mind, but you are also not afraid to write a report.

You can communicate at different levels, people at the machines up to the level of production director.

Project manager
with specialization in flexo standardization & color management

You follow up our project with a strong technical focus, but also follow up the project plans and budget for the entire project team

Communication of the project at various levels, both to the customer and to the Co-ëfficiënt team

Follow up on all ongoing tasks of your projects (3 to 5 projects simultaneously)

Carry out a number of technical matters yourself without having to be an expert in all domains. Of course you understand perfectly how all steps influence each other so that you can respond proactively to successfully deliver the project within schedule

Taking the lead in carrying out process assessments with our customers and prospects.

You are an expert in your field of packaging printing & prepress with at least 10 years of experience

You have experience with professional project management methods and tools
